Delivery and pickup

We deliver across Nairobi, usually the next working day, and upcountry in 2 to 3 days.

The delivery fee for your area is shown at checkout before you pay. Pickup is free where it is offered.

You get a message with the rider's name and number when your order is on its way.

Someone needs to be there to receive it. A missed delivery is tried once more.
